Fertility Treatment Center was established in 1990 in Tempe, Phoenix. Dr. H. Randall Craig is an Infertility Specialist practicing in the clinic. The clinic provides treatments including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Ovulation Induction, and Frozen Embryo Transfer. Fertility Treatment Center achieved the first pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) pregnancy in Arizona. Fertility Treatment Center achieved the first ICSI pregnancy in Phoenix and received the Recipient of the ARTA (Assisted Reproductive Technology/Andrology) International Award. The Center achieved the first human morula embryo cryopreservation, thaw, and subsequent pregnancy in the world. Fertility Treatment Center was the first Frozen Egg IVF program in Arizona that achieved pregnancy. The clinic has 24-7 physician coverage and partnered with ARC Fertility for cost-effective options. Fertility Treatment Center accepts and is contracted with major commercial plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Tricare, and UnitedHealthcare to name a few. The clinic does not charge a patient for a consultation to evaluate failed IVF cycles. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday between 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM and on Saturdays between 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
