About Dr. H. Randall Craig

Dr. H. Randall Craig has been a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, Infertility Specialist, and Founder of Fertility Treatment Center (FTC) since 1990. He earned an MD from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the University of Chicago. He also completed a FACOG degree. He provides a wide range of treatments including In Vitro Fertilization, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Semen Analysis, and Frozen Embryo Transfer.

Dr. Craig served as an Associate Clinical Professor of OB/GYN at the University of Arizona Medical School. He is a Subspecialty Professor at Maricopa County Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital, and the ASU Research Park. He has been named by physician peers, a Phoenix Magazine “TOP DOC” every year since the award was established in 1995. He was Honored as an “All-Time Specialty Leader” by Phoenix Magazine. He has won the Teacher of the Year award from medical students and residents.
