Dr. Lakshmi Prasanna

Dr. Lakshmi Prasanna completed their MBBS from Guntur Medical College, Guntur. In 2000, she also finished her Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the same college. She then also passed MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. She has received specialized training in ultrasonography, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, and infertility treatment.

Dr. Lakshmi was a Senior Consultant of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Apollo Hospitals, Fernandez, Rainbow Hospital, Ankur Hospital, and The Birthplace. She then worked as a Visiting Consultant in Kalidindi PHC, Srinivas Nursing Home, Kalidindi. She was a Sr. Gynecologist from 2008 to 2011. She also worked as a Visiting Consultant in Fernandez, Birth Place, Rainbow, and Apollo.

Dr. Lakshmi, now working as a Sr. Gynecologist at Lotus Women & Children Hospital since 2015. She also works in Apollo Cradle & Children’s Hospital, Kondapur, Hyderabad, and Sri Clinic, KPHB, Hyderabad. She has helped countless women achieve better health and well-being throughout her career through her excellent care and skillful techniques.

Dr. Lakshmi Prasanna has received numerous awards and accolades for her achievements, including the Best Rural Practice award for seven consecutive years since 2007.

Dr. Lakshmi Prasanna is an active member of several professional organizations, including the IMA College of General Practitioners, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), and the International Federation of OBG. Additionally, she is also a member of the Hyderabad OBG.
