About Dr. Sean M. Keeler
Dr. Sean M. Keeler is board-certified in maternal-fetal medicine, obstetrics, and gynecology. He has been Co-Owner and Chief Medical Officer at Desert Perinatal Associates since 2015. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania, in 1998 and an MD from MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in 2002. Dr. Keeler completed a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine from New York University in 2009 and a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Lehigh Valley Hospital in 2006.
Dr. Keeler provides multiple treatments, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, High-risk pregnancies, Genetic Testing, and Gynecology Services. He was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and received a full scholarship through the Federal Health Professions Scholarship Program to attend CCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. Dr. Sean served as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician at NJ Perinatal Associates from 2013 to 2015 and as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Division Director at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth from 2009 to 2013.
Dr. Sean received several teaching awards, including the Pennsylvania State University Hershey Medical Center Award for Humanism and Excellence in Teaching. He was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for meritorious service. He is actively involved in the March of Dimes and the Promise Walk for Preeclampsia community. Dr. Keeler serves on the Board of Directors of the Unforgettables Foundation of Southern Nevada. He has been a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2023.
