About Dr. Sahar Wertheimer

Dr. Sahar Wertheimer is a board-certified Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinologist, and Infertility Specialist in Los Angeles. She earned an MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, and a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the Cedars Sinai Medical Center. She provides a wide range of treatments including In Vitro Fertilization, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), and Egg Freezing.

Dr. Wertheimer served as a Resident Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Montefiore Medical Center. He is a Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and HRC Fertility West Los Angeles. She received the Resident Teaching Award for Medical Students 2016, and the Davidoff Teaching Award 2017. She also received the Davidoff Teaching Award 2018, The Henry and Betty Lewis Prize 2018, and the JOWMA Excellence in Leadership Award 2021. She serves as the Chairperson of the Women’s Health Committee for the Jewish Orthodox Women’s Medical Association (JOWMA).
