About Dr. Matthew G. Retzloff
Dr. Matthew G. Retzloff has been a board-certified Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinologist, and Infertility Specialist at the Fertility Center of San Antonio since 2014. He earned a BS in Biology in 1990 from the United States Air Force Academy and an MD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 1994. He also completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology in 2003 from Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, in Boston, and a FACOG degree. He provides a wide range of treatments including In Vitro Fertilization, Intrauterine Insemination, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection, and Frozen Embryo Transfer.
Dr. Retzloff served as a Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the United States Air Force at Wilford Hall Medical Center and Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio in 1998. He was also a Chief in Reproductive Endocrinology at USAF Medical Corps, Col(ret) from 2006 to 2014. He is a leader in IVF and has represented US IVF physicians on the SART(Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies) Executive Council. He has authored and presented numerous research studies related to IVF and ICSI at national professional society meetings.
