Dr. K.M. Kavoussi

Dr. Kavoussi served as a Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Bayview campus from 1971 to 1974 and a Private Practice in Seattle, Washington from 1981 to 1982. He was an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, and a Director of OB/GYN from 1982 to 1983 at Austin Campus at Brackenridge Hospital. He served on the Infectious Disease Committee at South Austin Medical Center from 1983 to 1986 and was in charge of QA at South Austin Medical Center from 1994 to 1996.

Dr. Kavoussi also served on a Medical Care Evaluation Committee from 1989 to 1992, a Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology from 1992 to 1994, and a Vice chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology from 1994 to 1996 at HCA South Austin Medical Center. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Travis County Medical Society, and the American Fertility Society.
