About Dr. Gregory S. Neal

Dr. Gregory S. Neal has been a board-certified Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinologist, and Infertility Specialist at the Fertility Center of San Antonio since 1999. He earned a BA in Biology in 1982 and an MS in Biochemistry in 1984 from Texas A&M University. He later completed an MD from the Texas A&M College of Medicine in 1988 and a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in 1994 from New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. He also completed a FACOG degree. He provides a wide range of treatments including In Vitro Fertilization, Intrauterine Insemination, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection, and Frozen Embryo Transfer.

Dr. Neal served as an Intern and Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at United States Air Force at Wilford Hall Medical Center, San Antonio in 1992 and a Chief of Reproductive Endocrinology at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center from 1994 to 1999. He established a highly successful IVF program at Wilford Hall that still exists today. He is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART), and the Bexar County Medical Society.
