She also finished her diploma in ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology from Dubrovnik International University. She is a life member of Bangalore Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology and FOGSI. She has worked at various reputed hospitals such as Topiwala National Medical College, BYL Nair Charitable Hospital (Mumbai), Gunasheela Institute of Research and Reproduction (Bengaluru) etc. Dr. Gayathri practices at The Nest Clinic and Fortis Hospital in Bengaluru.
